And some people WITH HIGH END HARDWARE are refusing to turn down any settings at all. Turning down settings DOES have a huge impact on performance. Sadly 'runs fine for me' doesn't count as an argument. Sadly other people with different specs exist. From weather phenomenon like dust devils on Monarch, to clouds swirling on the gas giants, to asteroids in the sky spinning. There's much more environmental detail than before.
